According to the following Jira

there are still 4 fields that need to be converted to the structured dates format:
Person's death date
Person's birth date
Organization's founding date
Organization's dissolution date

UCB would like to perform this work in the 2.4 timeframe. However, this is a schema change and could force implementers to change the data loading scripts. Please let me know if you would prefer that this change not happen.

Also, PAHMA wants us to customize their deployment to have the following dates treated as structured dates:
Acquisition: Accession Date
Acquisition: Acquisition Date
Object Exit: Object Exit Date

We will implement those as customizations unless other implementers suggest that these should be structured dates as well.
