We aim to make CollectionSpace as easy, intuitive and stable as possible, ultimately minimizing the need for a trouble shooting forum. But if you do run into problems, you have come to the right place. This is the place to discuss them, share solutions and a starting point when looking for answers.

There are several places where you can look for help if you experience an issue with the installation, configuration or usage of CollectionSpace:

• This Forum: This should be your starting point when looking for answers or solutions to problems with CollectionSpace. Both users and developers will use this forum for discussing issues.
• JIRA: CollectionSpace use the JIRA bug tracking system (found here) for filing, discussing and keeping track of bug. This is a very good place to find out whether what you are experiencing is already known, and whether there might already be a patch for this.
• Wiki: We use a wiki page to document CollectionSpace - see here. Both the installation procedure, customization/configuration and general usage instructions can be found here.
• Mail-lists: The CollectionSpace development team heavily uses mail lists to discuss issues. This will probably be to technical and contain a great deal of information that is irrelevant to the implementer/administrator. It is encouraged to use the above solution instead.
