The CollectionSpace technical team is composed of architects, designers, and developers from all four partner organizations, and is structured around three main work areas: Services (services analysis, modeling, and development); Accessibility (user interface design and development); and Application Development (application level design and development).

The key deliverable for 2009 is software that encapsulates core collections management procedures and related functions. The first milestone, reached in June, represents a significant integration effort of various tools and technologies around the core procedure of object entry. This work will lay the foundation for ongoing development.
